Go 49ers

Almost time for the super bowl so I am just posting a couple of photos from today.
When everyone shows up for a great weekend of skiing, locker room three becomes a little cramped. On days when we know the parking lot will be full and the line at Treats will extend to the base of the stairs, some of us arrive very early. One or two of my friends arrive early enough to be first in line at Treats well before they open. On these days, we end up chatting, and trying to stay out of other peoples way until it is time to head out to the slopes. Today, a group of us ended up sitting on a bench which was generally in everyone’s way, but we tried to be as friendly as possible while creating a obstacles to those heading deeper into the locker room.

We skied the High Traverse accessing it from the backside. The good news is that there are few, if any, rocks on the traverse. We dropped into the Big Bend Bowl after scooting through the Big Bend Keyhole. Skiing was variable, but still fun. We really never stood in a long line as the crowd was not overwhelming today.

Enjoy your day,
