Yes, if you are looking at emails from UnofficialAlpine, photos will not appear on all Apple devices now. We can’t seem to find a fix and neither can anyone else. Use the email as an alert to head to https://unofficialalpine.com on your browser. There you will see the post with all photos! I wish I had a better answer.
