By Alpine Meadows, we mean the entire Alpine Meadows community. The memorial for Bill Foster was an amazing event, put together by an enormous group of people that are a part of Alpine Meadows, and the ski & snowboard community in general. Clearly, Bill was an iconic Alpine Meadows skier and employee and this was a very fitting tribute. We were once again reminded that Bill would want us all to keep doing what we love the most. We’ll make some more turns for you tomorrow…
It was nice to see such a great turnout of amazing people for the memorial.
I got chills seeing all of the red ski patrol jackets from many other ski areas. Totally agree that it was a very nice event.
