David Wise makes it all look pretty easy and effortless. Tonight, he once again earned the gold medal at the Winter X Games at Aspen. Wise is the first skier to win 3 golds in a row in the superpipe competition since Tanner Hall did so in 2008.

Wise’s 1st round score of 90 stood through the next two rounds, allowing him to finish off the evening with a victory lap. David never does anything half way – his final lap was scored 92. Congrats to David & family. We look forward to seeing what tricks you’re holding back for Sochi.

David Wise began his freeskiing career on the Alpine Meadows Freestyle team. Wise is now a resident of Reno, NV and a husband and father. He’s definitely living the dream.
