* TIMING: SNOW WILL DEVELOP LATE TONIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH
  TUESDAY EVENING.

* SNOW ACCUMULATIONS: 4 TO 10 INCHES...WITH 7 TO 14 INCHES
  ABOVE 7000 FEET. SNOW AMOUNTS COULD VARY MORE WIDELY
  DEPENDING ON THE PATH OF THE ASSOCIATED LOW PRESSURE.

* WINDS: SOUTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH. RIDGE
  GUSTS UP TO 90 MPH.

* IMPACTS: SNOW WILL PRODUCE SLICK DRIVING CONDITIONS ALONG
  HIGHWAYS 50...89...267...AND INTERSTATE 80. TRAVEL OVER
  SIERRA PASSES MAY BECOME DIFFICULT WITH RESTRICTIONS LIKELY.
